1. General Terms By visiting our site and purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Accuracy and Pricing We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery This isn't a warehouse operation. Your order is crafted specifically for you. Please allow 7–12 business days for production at my supplier’s facility, followed by 2–3 business days for me to personally inspect, finalize, and ship your piece. I handle the logistics personally to ensure the final result lives up to my obsession. You'll get your tracking info as soon as it leaves my hands.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Damaged Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement.

• Size Exchanges: As a small business with limited stock, we offer exchanges if stock is available.

5. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, and images on this site are the property of Malvado. You may not reproduce or use our content without express written permission.

1. Términos Generales Al visitar nuestro sitio y comprar algo de nosotros, participas en nuestro "Servicio" y aceptas estar sujeto a los siguientes términos y condiciones. Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar el servicio a cualquier persona, por cualquier motivo y en cualquier momento.

2. Exactitud de los Productos y Precios Hacemos todo lo posible para mostrar los colores y detalles de nuestros productos con la mayor precisión posible. Los precios de nuestros productos están sujetos a cambios sin previo aviso.

3. Envío y Entrega Debido a que gestionamos nuestro propio inventario y realizamos los envíos desde nuestra oficina en casa, los pedidos se procesan normalmente en un plazo de 7 días hábiles. No nos hacemos responsables de los retrasos causados por el transportista (USPS/UPS) o por direcciones de envío incorrectas proporcionadas por el cliente.

4. Devoluciones y Reembolsos

• Artículos dañados: Si recibes un artículo defectuoso, contáctanos dentro de los 3 días posteriores a la entrega para un reemplazo.

• Cambios de talla: Como pequeña empresa con stock limitado, ofrecemos cambios siempre y cuando haya inventario disponible.

5. Propiedad Intelectual Todos los diseños, logotipos e imágenes de este sitio son propiedad de Malvado. No puedes reproducir ni utilizar nuestro contenido sin un permiso expreso por escrito.
