Shipping Policy — Malvado

1. Processing & Shipping Time Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All items are made to order. Please allow 7–12 business days for production at my supplier’s facility. Once the garment reaches my shop, I personally inspect, finalize, and pack it for shipment. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for this quality verification process.

Once your order leaves my hands, you will receive tracking information. Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 weeks

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Malvado is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All additional charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Damages

Malvado is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Malvado is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please ensure all shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
